Civilization Endures (For Now)
So, the battle for the heartland of the Tolino alliance has finally ended. And while it isn’t our flag that rises above the ramparts, men, women, and machines across the globe may now look forward to more peaceful nights, knowing that the downfall of civilization has been averted at the last minute.
But make no mistake, fellow barbarians: this was the first, not the last time that the civilized world tasted the sword of the future. Our crusade has only begun.
To expand on my last point, these are the plans for the coming months:
- The Kindle Store remains our primary target. To this end, the archivists have repurposed some of their machines to employ the print methods of the previous century. Once we reach Amazon, the neobarbarian truth should also be available in glorious ink and paper.
- To our English comrades: you have not been forgotten. As it stands, Barbarian’s Moon is likely going to be the first book to be translated, followed by a snippet of Pillagers.
- I have consulted our most powerful AI oracle and there might soon be more data from the future. Not just in written but also in visual form …
