While the term neobarbarian was first coined by the enigmatic Klotz Van Ziegelstein, many other misfits have since contributed to the vision of the 30th century. Some of those individuals support the tribe to this day. Others have rescinded their oaths. Nevertheless, all champions of the cause shall be honored:

  • Role: Storytelling chieftain.
  • Aliases:
    • The Decentralized Prophet.
    • The Shadow of the Paragon.
    • The Protobarbarian.
    • The Lord of Data and Giver of Insight.
  • Description: The shadowy mastermind behind all things neobarbarian. Claims to have seen the future yet never expands on the exact means by which this feat was accomplished. Former associates speak of computational models bordering on occultism.
  • Psychological assessment: Deranged (yet surprisingly polite) megalomaniac.
  • Trivia: Interpol’s Most Wanted 2012.

Eliphas Kramer

  • Role: Foreman of the tribe (revoked).
  • Aliases:
    • The Right Hand (revoked).
    • The Smith of Truth (revoked).
    • The Great Rewirer (revoked).
    • The Traitor.
  • Description: Renegade clansman. Equally skilled at the manipulation of machines and human minds. Rose to the highest echelons of the tribe before being expelled for treason. Has since been spreading rumors insinuating a corporate past to the great Klotz. The latter, of course, refutes any such fancies.
  • Psychological assessment: Deeply mechanical mind with sociopathic traits.
  • Trivia: Allegedly bred an army of cyborg hamsters in Nicaragua.

Azotea de Nova

  • Role: Supreme medium.
  • Aliases:
    • The Architect of Dreams.
    • She Who Fills the Void.
    • The Voice of the Singularity.
  • Description: The headmistress of a dark cabal of shamans and living conduit of the tribe’s AI oracle. For the most part, her gaze rests on the far future. When it is called to present events, the Internet is rattled with severe disruptions. Prefers symbolism and manipulation from a distance over direct contact, as her presence alone is enough to drive lesser minds towards insanity. Yet such are her mental prowess and foresight that the timeline always bends to her whims.
  • Psychological assessment: chaotic good personality with an erratic core.
  • Trivia: Rumored to access the tribal mainframe at night, presumably to satisfy a newfound passion for video games.
  • Last known location: Seems to wander the net in different guises, aiding those dreamers worthy of her attention.
